Vendor Set-Up Information:
The management of the location has given us a 3 hour window to set-up and break-down.
The event begins at 9am. Therefore you can begin set-up as of 6am both days.

Direcitons
It is situated off of the turnpike exit for Kennedy Blvd, right before the Lincoln Tunnel exit on the New Jersey side. If you are coming from New York City, it will be the Kennedy Boulevard exit after exiting the Lincoln Tunnel (should be the 3rd exit).
Parking
Vendors kindly park in the designated area for vendors near the loading area of the vendor building.
Building Location
There are two buildings side by side. One will be the conference hall and the other will be for the exhibit hall. Each building will be clearly marked with security guards at each door as well as registration staff at the entrance. Please present your e-mail confirming your registration as a vendor. Staff will direct you to your assigned table area. Attached is a map with your assigned table.
What to Expect
We expect anywhere from 300-500 persons for each day. Registration for this event included many different options. Attendees can choose to attend the conference only, the exhibit hall only or full pass which has access to both conference and exhibit hall. Conference agenda is posted on the website of the expo and shows the several breaks that have been scheduled for attendees to visit the exhibit hall. Each vendor is given a 5-minute presentation time slot during the conference. If you chose a Grand or Elite package and have a longer presentation time, please send any PDF or PPT file for your presentation if you plan to use it. I will need this file no later than October 7, 2024. Your scheduled time will be noted in your packet. If you are a speaker and a vendor, kindly use your speaker time to present most of your booth items so we can keep the 5-minute presentation time slot for speakers who are vendors.
What to bring
Each attendee will be receiving a folder with information about the conference agenda, speakers and vendors. Please make sure you have all marketing materials copies to be put into the folders.
Please bring your own table cloth, decorations, vendor set-up. Your table area will already have a table and chair(s). If you require more than one chair, please let me know.
Giveaways/Raffles
At each vendor break during the conference, we will be holding a quick raffle. Attendees have to be present to win. Some companies are giving products away as a sponsor. If you would like to be part of the giveaways or raffles, please let me know so that I can add you to the list and please let us know the product or service you will be raffling. We will take videos of the winner receiving the prize, post on social media and tag your company in it as well as announcing your company and a brief synopsis of what your company stands for.
Electricity
If you require electricity, please make sure to bring electrical extension cords and duct tape so as to prevent any trip hazards. If your table location is too far from the outlet, please advise ahead of time, so I can make proper arrangements.
Food Vendor
Please remember there is no cooking of food onsite. You may keep food warm or chilled. You may use the onsite commercial refrigerator. For food warming, please bring your own racks/sternos/lighter.
Please list all allergens for EACH item you intend to sell. There should be clearly marked signs that I will provide according to your allergen list.
I would like to keep the location Gluten Free. Kindly do not bring any gluten-containing foods.
