Vendor Registration & Refund Policy
October Expo Vendor Registration – No Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at our October Expo.
To ensure the success of this event, vendor spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a vendor registration has been submitted and payment has been received, your space is reserved exclusively for you.
Vendor Registration Fees
All vendor registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy applies to both:
In-Person Vendor Registration
Virtual Vendor Registration
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for, including but not limited to:
Cancellation by the vendor for any reason.
Scheduling conflicts.
Illness or personal emergencies.
Travel delays or transportation issues.
Failure to attend or participate.
Business closure or change in circumstances.
Technical difficulties on the vendor’s end for virtual participation.
Event Changes
The event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, venue, format, or programming if necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
If circumstances beyond the organizers’ control require the event to be postponed, rescheduled, or converted from an in-person event to a virtual event, vendor registrations will remain valid for the revised event. No refunds will be issued.
Acknowledgment
By submitting a vendor registration and payment, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Vendor Registration & Refund Policy and accept that all registration fees are final and non-refundable.
