October Expo Attendee Registration & Refund Policy
Thank you for registering to attend our October Expo. We look forward to having you join us, whether in person or virtually.
Registration Fees
All attendee registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies to both:
In-Person Attendee Registration
Virtual Attendee Registration
Once your registration has been completed and payment has been received, your seat or virtual access is reserved exclusively for you.
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Cancellation by the attendee.
Scheduling conflicts.
Illness, medical issues, or personal emergencies.
Travel delays, transportation issues, or weather-related challenges.
Failure to attend the event.
Change of mind.
Technical difficulties on the attendee’s end that prevent participation in the virtual event.
Event Changes
The event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, venue, speakers, presenters, format, or programming as necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
If circumstances beyond the organizers’ control require the event to be postponed, rescheduled, or converted from an in-person event to a virtual event, registrations will remain valid for the revised event. No refunds will be issued.
Transfer of Registration
Attendee registrations may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual without the prior written approval of the event organizers.
Acknowledgment
By registering for the October Expo and submitting payment, the attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Attendee Registration & Refund Policy and accept that all registration fees are final and non-refundable.
